5 Things To Start Doing Every Day

Successful people have only a few simple habits they perform every day. Without good habits, it’s almost impossible to achieve anything significant in life. So here are 5 things to start doing every day:


1. Don’t Waste The Morning.

The instant your alarm clock goes off, get out of bed and jump around the room like a crazy person!

Maybe that’s a bit extreme…

On second thoughts, maybe don’t do that.

But just do whatever you can to wake up!

It sounds obvious, but not many people use the morning to its full advantage. Devour something in the morning!

Genesis 49:27 says:

‘“in the morning he devours the prey, in the evening he divides the plunder.”’

Devour something (e.g. your business) in the morning and divide the spoils (rest) in the evening.


2. Take A Cold Shower

The effects of taking a cold shower every day are monumental! I could write a whole article just about the benefits of them.

Cold showers reduce stress and make you emotionally stable! They also make you less lazy, stimulate weight loss and relieve depression.

Taking a cold shower is tough. You have to be tough! But it will make you even tougher!

You don’t have to start cold (this is MUCH harder). Start warm and slowly decrease the temperature. But make sure the last minute is at the coldest possible!


3. Be Grateful For Everything

Is there anything in your life that’s worth having?

Of course there is! Stop thinking about what you don’t have and appreciate what you do. You have internet access because your reading this now, half of the world’s population don’t.

Joy comes from being grateful. Get more joy here.

There is a higher chance you will achieve and receive more if you’re grateful. If you are grateful, you will be successful!

Change your -perspective-

1 Thessalonians 5:18 says:

‘Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.’


4. Listen To Truth Whilst You Exercise

There are many benefits to exercising, for both your body and mind. It makes you happier, it helps you lose weight, and it is good for your muscles and bones.

But doing just exercise can be boring, hard and you often don’t have the motivation to do it.

Listen to something that inspires you! Listen to truth!

Choose worship music that motivates you. If you don’t like music (for whatever reason??), listen to ‘Lion of Judah’ or ‘Grace Digital’ and motivate yourself.

When you pair exercise with the living breathing word of God, you become a living breathing machine of unstoppable!


5. Pray

Wake up and… pray. Even if it’s for just 5 minutes, it will be the most important conversation you have that day. Without a doubt!

The unstoppable limitless POWER of PRAYER should not be underestimated!

By praying, you are basically asking for the help from a God who can literally do anything!

So if you only do one of these 5 things, make it this one!
